How do I create an account?

Welcome to Hippleglam! To create an online account, please follow these steps:

1. Click "Sign In/Register" at the top right corner.
2. Enter your email address and click "Create an Account".
3. Fill in all the required information.
4. Enter and confirm your password.

I forgot my password, how do I sign in?

To reset your Hippleglam password, enter your email address under "Sign In". Then select "Forgot Password" to receive the password reset link.

How do I update my Hippleglam account?

To update your account:

1. Sign in and click on your name at the top right corner.
2. Select "My Account" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click "Edit Account" on the left side of the page.

Here, you can update your name, shipping/billing information, and change your password.

Is my information secure on this website?

How do I use a promotional code?

You can enter a promo code in the order summary section during checkout. Look for the section labeled "Add a discount code or a gift card", click that, and apply your code there.

What are the restrictions on promotional codes?

Unless otherwise specified, promo codes are one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other discount, promo code, or special offer. Promo codes are subject to change without notice and may be limited to specific styles and price points. They may also have expiration dates and must be redeemed within a Hippleglam online account. Products excluded from discount code use may include masks and doorbuster promotions.

How do I use my store credit?

Store credit is redeemable on the Hippleglam website. If you have store credit that did not transfer into your account, please contact info@hippleglam.com. We will be able to confirm and reissue your credit.

Do I need to create an account to place an order on hippleglam.com?

A Hippleglam online account is not required to complete an order. However, we recommend creating an account for easy and convenient management of your online orders.

What is my order status?

You will receive an email update with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also log into your Hippleglam online account and check the order status under "My Orders".
