  • If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.

4. What if I refuse the package upon delivery?

If you refuse the package upon delivery, the shipping cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from any applicable refund (if eligible).
